The colour rendering index (CRI or Ra) is a measure of how well a light source reproduces the colour of an object compared to a standard source. The index value is computed from how well the light source under test reproduces the colour of a number of standard colour swatches. Generally, colour rendering index between 80 and 90
is good and value between 90 and 100 considered as very good.
